Forward loop


  1. 1.Spot your takeoff, ie a bit of chop or small wave.


  1. 2.Move your front hand back to the harness           lines, and back hand far down the boom.


  1. 3.As you hit the chop throw the rig up and into the wind over your shoulder and turn the board downwind by extending your front leg.


  1. 4.Look over your back shoulder and sheet in hard!! Tuck your back leg up.


5. Thats it........man up!

Light Wind Practice

Non planing, sheet in and through your body over the nose of the board.


You should end up on the downwind side of the board in the waterstart position.
