1. Move front hand back to the harness lines and back hand back.
2. Bear away, the more powered up the further you need to go downwind.
3. Keep the board carving, straight after the bear away pop and sheet in, turning your body as in a vulcan.
4. As soon as the board is out of the water push down on the mast hand and look at the mast foot.
5. Sheet out once landing and keep the clew pointing towards the wind. Look over your shoulder into the rotation. (here the left shoulder).
6. Once the board has spun round sheet in and look forwards.
